First MMA Fight - 2nd Tattoo

Wow, i'm tired. I haven't slept since I woke up Friday am. Was up all night, left this am and got to some breakfast at Denny's. Came home did laundry, did some research on tattoos, then went and got my 2nd one, i'm on a streak. Cant wait to go get the third this week. I have about 6 planned so far. Orange County just didn't inspire to me express myself, I guess. Thus, the move. Met up with 3 buddies tonight to watch King of Kombat, MMA fighting here in austin. 10 fights on the card. It was pretty sweet. Briefly went to a post fight afterhours, but left early cuz i had to come home a clean my tat, was tired and my back was killing me from standing all night watching the fights. adios muchachos.

Lake Travis So Low

Got up at 530 this morning and drove out to Lake Travis to see the sunrise with a friend. The lake is so low, wow. 35 ft lower than normal levels I hear. Yikes......anyway, was a beautiful ride out there. Came home, went to wells fargo to setup my business accounts, went to best buy to get an unlimted cell phone plan so my employee can make sales calls, then faxed in all the info to setup my merchant account to take network signup and commission fees from all the subcontractors we work with. The business is setup and ready to rock. Just waiting for the google SEO to kick in and the phone should start ringing. Doing some visual planning already for my 2nd tattoo, probably gonna go something on one of my shoulers, or hip, possibly my calves. peace out, austin in the house !!!!

Sat. August 14

Got up this am, went to the gym for an hour or so, came home and made a nice big pineapple protein smoothie. Packed up my laptop and went to coffee shop for a few hours, had some migas tacos, went swimming for awhile and laid out again. Drove around Austin a bit, now settling back down at another coffee shop downtown. Might get tat tonight, don't know, wanna go over the design with friends first. ciao

Tatto ??

pretty much same thing as yesterday......worked at coffee shops during the day, went swimming, went to the gym, got home around 7pm and kicked it there. Jodi drew me up a sun design for the tattoo i'm gonna get. Might be getting it done sat/sun night.

August 13

The modem at my apt went out and they can't send one till monday, so I have no internet this weekend. Therefore.........spent the day patrolling coffee shops to find a place to kick and and enjoy the free wi-fi. Found a really cool place in central austin by the college. Hung out for about 4 hours today and worked from the coffee shop, then went swimming at a local swimming hole for about a half hour and laid out for another hour. Went out with andrew and jodi to sing karaoke at night. We all sung, friends in low places by garth dog. I gotta say as I sit here at an outdoor coffee shop on congress ave, DAMN its hot.......i'm sitting in the shade sweating bullets. Anywho.... went back to tyler/jareds after till bout 5 am pondering the meaning of the universe and how it all got started...........good times.

Sushi Night

Went downtown in the afternoon to meet up with my friend Damar to talk a little business and put some ideas together for everything we have going on. Met his boy Cortez. Another friend Jo Jo stopped by. Left there and went downtown to have sushi with friends, Ivy, Chrissy, Tae and Maria.

Sunday Circus Fun With My Friends

Went to a circus event they hold in town every weekend. Many local folk bring out all kinds of circus apparatus, like juggling balls, juggling pins, hoola hoops, balance balls, all kinds of stuff, they do acro yoga. Its fun & entertaining , check out the vids.

Round Rock Express Minor League Baseball Game

Went to check out the AAA affiliate for the Houston Astros in Round Rock. Sweet stadium. I'm gonna apply to be the stadium announcer.

August 1-8

Been working on my website for the biz i'm starting in Orange County. I'm going to hire someone in the OC to run and manage it. I'm setting up the site, the marketing, the database, the biz plan and everything it will take to make it work. Will start interviewing and talking to people on the phone next week to help get this amazing venture off the ground. As that business takes off, I will take the same biz plan and apply to Austin. As each city starts bringing in money, I'll move to the next. Goal 25 cities in the next 3 years. Then will possibly franchise the business.

August 6th

Went out and met my boy Damar who introduced me to his business partner Bali. Went downtown and met up with some friends of theirs, Kristina, Jo Jo, Maria and Jo Marie. Went to a few places downtown then back to Bali's till late am.

August 7 Friday Night Fun

chilled on the porch all night listening to andrew and jared play the guitar along with jodi, tyler, kat, anna, rolf and brandi - all of us singing along and playing drums, harmonica, a bottle of aspirin as a rattle and other makeshift instruments.
