Monday Training

Ran 8 miles today with Teo, Travis, Preston, Doug, Trevor through the hills over by P's house.  Wore my new shoes from Zem.com.  Stopped by the owner of Big Red, soda companies house and went in their back yard and jumped off their 2 story deck into Lake Austin.  Hung out for a bit, then ran back.    Had an awesome dinner @ P's parents house after our run.  We're all gonna kill that marathon.  Can't wait.   We all have CrossFit tomorrow @ 1:15.   Less than 3 months till the big 40.  Gonna get hooked up and get one of the clubs for a night with DJ Havoc and invite all my friends.  Prob have one of my photographer friends show up and take pics all night.   Will be cool to have pics of me and all my friends at my birthday.
